Aluminum Dockboard with Steel Curbs

Deck is made of tough high strength aluminum treadplate. Safety curbs are painted yellow and are constructed of structural steel with cast tapered ends. Steel legs are bolted for increased durability. Canted locking legs for easier fork truck portability. Manufactured in compliance of OSHA.

Engineered and built to maximize safety while handling heavy forklifts and loads. Locking legs prevent movement during loading and unloading operations. Welded aluminum safety curbs prevent accidental runoffs and provide visible driving lane. Locking legs are uneven to allow the dockboard to sit canted, while not in use, for easier pickup by forklifts. Bend is 11° and 9″ from the edge and the legs are 12″ from the edge. Manufactured in compliance with OSHA.

Aluminum Economizer Dockplates

Economical way to speed up truck loading and unloading. Spans the
opening between dock and trailer to allow pallet or hand trucks along with people to safely move in and out of the trailer. Constructed of high strength, lightweight aluminum alloy non-skid tread plate. Handles are located on each side for portability. Locking legs for OSHA Compliance. The bend or crown is 11° and located 9″ from edge of dockplate. Not for use with fork trucks.

Aluminum Hand Truck Dockboard

These dockboards are lightweight and can be carried and positioned by one person. Provides a safe and convenient bridge between dock and truck. Welded aluminum diamond tread surface and beveled edges provide safe and smooth entry and exit. The bend is designed to
keep ramp edges flush with dock surface and truck floor. Equipped with bolted locking legs. Full length aluminum curbs provide hand holds and reduce chance of roll off. 800 pound capacity. Designed for use with two wheel hand trucks. 3/16″ plate thickness. Manufactured in compliance with OSHA.

Aluminum Hand Truck Dockplates

Designed for use with two wheel hand trucks. A convenient, safe and easy way to access loading docks from trucks. Lightweight and easily portable by just one person. Treadplate surface ensures skid-resistant
safe traction. Locking legs secure the plate for safe loading and unloading. Complete with bolt-on zinc plated carrying handles and locking legs.

Aluminum Mini Dockplates

• Designed For Use With Two Wheel Hand Trucks

Scale 3″ to 6″ curbs and high door thresholds using these durable Aluminum Mini Dockplates. Ideal for use with hand trucks for deliveries. Aluminum construction is lightweight yet durable. Features carrying handles and diamond treadplate surface for better traction.

Formed Aluminum Dockboards

Unique design includes formed aluminum side curbs. Constructed of aluminum treadplate that is strong and yet lightweight. Side curbs are painted safety yellow. Usable width is 7″ less than the overall width. Welded aluminum locking legs for OSHA compliance. Beveled
entry and exit edges.

Steel Dockboard

Constructed of high strength (55,000 PSI) Steel for long life. Beveled edges on both ends permit smooth entry and exit. Deck is checkered for safe efficient use. Locking legs minimize ramp movement. Available in widths of 60, 72 & 84. Capacities range from 10,000 to 30,000. Standard with lever lift for help with portability; optional pickup chains. Locking legs are uneven to allow the dockboard to sit canted for easier pickup by forklifts, when picking off the floor.

Constructed of high strength INX-55 (55,000 psi) steel. Safety locking legs prevent slippage between truck and dock. Raised pattern safety tread plate helps provide positive traction. Beveled edges for smooth entry and exit. Chain pickup comes standard on all
units. Designed with an 11° bend located 9″ from the beveled edge. The legs are 12″ from the beveled edge. Manufactured in compliance with OSHA.
