Reporting to the President of the company, I was responsible for the vision and roadmap of the products for the technical arm of the company (individually, ShiftWise and Medefis), including web applications, mobile products and BI tools.
• Managed 2 Directors of Product (who in turn manage Product Managers and Product Owners), the Director of Design (who in turn manages a team of UI and UX Designers) and a Requirements Manager (to ensure complete and traceable requirements)
• Led the growth of the product globally by identifying international partners, leading the discovery to determine changes needed in the product and driving those changes to completion, increasing overall spend by $278M over a three year period
• In charge of the design and development of a new Vendor Management System (VMS) product, which launched in October, 2017, as well as the transition plan and timeline to move current customers from our existing VMS to this one
• Completed research and presented findings on mobile trends, resulting in approval to move forward with creation of a mobile application, scheduled for release in May 2018 and predicted to increase job fill rates by 12%
• Spearheaded the research, scoping and implementation of a BI solution into our product offering, directly resulting in a $1.8M sales increase and overall sales pipeline increase of $21M
• Involved in identifying and completing technical due diligence on several companies targeted to compliment our product offering

• Worked with product managers to put together a product roadmap that allowed the team to launch a feature rich product on time, with consideration for the functionality that would be implemented after the initial launch
• Created detailed feature specifications, giving the development team a comprehensive blueprint to develop robust functionality
• Determined international requirements, including localization and tax, for 30 predetermined countries in order to quickly expand globally
• Led the effort with Marketing to determine and document the product vision from both an internal and client facing perspective

Responsible for Asure’s growing suite of products, which include workforce management and asset/meeting room management solutions, including mobile applications and hardware:
• Spearheaded product globalization and localization efforts in EMEA and APAC regions, triggering product growth and brand recognition worldwide
• Personally interacted with key stakeholders within the executive team, ensuring product strategy was aligned with corporate vision
• Heavily involved with M&A activities, including identifying potential companies for acquisition and participating in the due diligence activities resulting in 3 major competitor acquisitions and 2 product acquisitions, then led the effort of integrating those companies
